Ashley graduated from Emory University School of Law in 2016, with hopes of one day opening her own Criminal Law practice. After passing the bar, she spent several years as an Assistant Solicitor General in DeKalb County where she conducted hundreds of Bench Trials and Jury Trials ranging from Traffic Ticket Offenses, to Theft crimes, to Family Violence Offenses. After her time in DeKalb, she became an Assistant Solicitor General in Gwinnett County, where she prosecuted hundreds of Traffic Ticket Violations, DUIs, and specialized in prosecuting Animal Crimes such as Animal Cruelty, Neglect, and Severe Animal Bites. Feeling it was time to live out her dream, she decided to open Trinh Law Firm in 2021, located in Lawrenceville, Georgia. She is now a criminal defense attorney specializing in DUIs, traffic tickets, and multiple other criminal offenses.
